Terms & Conditions – Reddybook

Any activity conducted using your Reddy Anna ID / login credentials will be considered authorized by you.

2️⃣ Nature of the Platform

Reddybook operates as a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) betting exchange, meaning:

  • Users bet against each other, not against the platform

  • Odds are set by market demand, not by Reddybook

  • The platform does not influence results or outcomes

Reddybook provides technology & wallet services only, not bookmaker services.

3️⃣ Account Registration & Verification

To create a Reddybook account, users must:

  • Provide accurate and valid personal details

  • Be capable of verifying identity when requested (KYC)

  • Use a valid mobile number and payment details belonging to them

Reddybook reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where:

  • Fake information is provided

  • Unauthorized or suspicious activity is detected

  • The user attempts chargebacks / payment fraud

4️⃣ Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed via verified UPI and bank channels only.

Important Points:

  • Minimum deposit: ₹200

  • Minimum withdrawal: ₹500

  • Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for verified users

  • You must use a bank or UPI ID in your own name

  • Large withdrawals may require additional verification

Reddybook reserves the right to delay or review a transaction if:

  • KYC is incomplete

  • Fraud or payment abuse is suspected

  • Banking networks are temporarily unavailable

There are no hidden fees charged by Reddybook on standard transactions.

5️⃣ Fair Play & Security

Reddybook enforces strict gaming integrity:

  • No bots, scripts, or automation allowed

  • No duplicate accounts allowed

  • No collusion / match-fixing / fraudulent trading

Any violation will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Winnings voided

  • Possible legal action

6️⃣ Use of the Platform

A user agrees not to:

  • Use Reddybook for unlawful activity

  • Allow minors to access their account

  • Abuse chat or customer support

  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate the system

Any such attempt will lead to permanent account closure.

7️⃣ Market Settlement & Disputes

  • All cricket, football, casino, and sports markets are settled according to official, globally recognized data feeds

  • Once a market is settled, results are final and cannot be changed

  • In rare cases where match data is unavailable, settlement may be delayed

If you dispute a settlement, you must contact support within 24–72 hours and provide proof.

8️⃣ Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses may include welcome bonuses, cashback, special event promotions, or free bets.

By participating in bonuses, users agree that:

  • Bonus terms & wagering conditions apply

  • Misuse of bonuses may result in bonus cancellation

  • Bonus amounts are not withdrawable until wagering is completed (where applicable)

Reddybook reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

9️⃣ Responsible Gaming

Reddybook supports safe and controlled betting.

Users can request at any time:

  • Deposit limits

  • Loss limits

  • Temporary self-exclusion

  • Permanent account closure

  • Fraud, chargebacks, or hacking attempts

  • Abuse of bonuses or loophole exploitation

  • Violation of laws or responsible gaming policy

  • Harassment of customer support staff or users

Remaining wallet balance may be withheld if fraud or illegal activity is proven.
